1. What is the shop's Return and Refund Policy?

We have a 30-day return policy for items that are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Where are your products sourced?

Our products are sourced from China. We have chosen our suppliers critically to make sure we provide safe and excellent quality products to you and to your child.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping within the US for orders $75+. Shipping fee for orders less than $75 is calculated upon checkout.

4. Do you offer international shipping?

Sorry, but not at the moment. But we are working on it.

5. Why are your products cheaper than most retailers? Does it mean you have a suboptimal quality?

Our products are of excellent quality - we source our products to our critically chosen suppliers who have at least several years of experience in manufacturing baby products. Now how do we then reduce the cost? One way we reduce our cost is by reducing unnecessary expenses on our products. We don't repackage our products, most of the packaging of our products are supplier provided. Also, we do sea shipping of our inventory which is substantially cheaper than doing air shipping.
